    Directions

    Step 1

    将全部剖半的罐头桃子再切成¼ 。Drain and cut each piece of halve peach into quarters.

    Step 2

    把桃子放在纸巾上吸干水份。Place peaches on absorbent kitchen paper.

    Step 3

    逐片将桃子放入面湖料中沾均勻。Dip peach cubes into the prepared batter.

    Step 4

    以滚油炸桃子至金黄色。Deep-fry the peaches in hot oil till golden brown.

    Step 5

    把炸桃子排碟,淋上蜜糖,再撒上芝麻即可。Transfer the fried peaches onto a serving plate. Drizzle in honey and sprinkle over with sesame seeds. Serve at once.
